Abstract EN

The study dealt with a content analysis of the Al-Ittihad and Al-Bayan newspapers in the United Arab Emirates of the concepts of happiness and tolerance through the problematic presented by the study, which is: It focuses on identifying how the Emirati newspapers deal with spreading the concepts of tolerance and happiness.

With a tool to analyze the content and discover the phrases contained in the published articles, where the articles were monitored for a period of two months (April and April 2018), and the study concluded that the concepts of tolerance and happiness in the Emirates had an echo in the Emirati read media.

The repetition of the concepts of happiness was the most frequently reported in newspapers, followed by interaction with the other, acceptance of the other, and the focus on moving away from incitement and violence, and moving away from defamation and the invasion of privacy.
