The aim of the research is to identify the role of digital technology in the marketing of sports tourism in sports institutions in the State of Kuwait.
The researcher used the descriptive approach using the survey method due to its suitability to the nature of the research.
The number of (10) individuals, with a percentage of (15.83 %), and the basic sample reached (55) individuals with a percentage of (84.61 %).
By presenting the theoretical framework and previous studies and presenting and discussing the findings of the researcher, he concludes the following: The importance of electronic marketing for sports tourism programs that can contribute to revitalizing sports activities and programs carried out by the sports institution in the framework of activating the role of sports tourism in institutions in the face of global challenges and changes that require addressing new outlets to increase the financing of sports institutions and thus provide the opportunity for these institutions to Increase its activities and to achieve the desired goals.
The use of digital technology in marketing for sports tourism contributes to realizing the actual advantages of this use by obtaining immediate information about tourism, sports through advanced communication networks, designing sports services using computers instead of traditional design methods, linking pricing to the target market and position competitiveness of the tourism activity in the sports institution.
The role of digital technology in marketing sports tourism in sports institutions is evident by providing sports tourism services at the lowest cost and in a timely manner, providing distinctive services to the sports tourist in terms of speed and ease, obtaining information on competitive sports services and their advantages so that the sports tourism organization remains in good posture.
