The aim of the research is to identify the administrative leadership skills in the Department of Physical Education at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training and its role in managing the Corona crisis in the State of Kuwait.

The research sample was chosen from faculty members and professors in the Deanship.

Students' affairs in charge of sports activities in the Physical Education Department of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training for (55) individuals, and by presenting the theoretical framework and previous studies and presenting and discussing the findings of the researcher, he concludes the following : The reality of the administrative leadership skills in the Physical Education Department of the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training has become clear, as it is familiar with the concept of the Corona crisis, and the authority’s leadership knows the causes of the Corona crisis, and the authority’s leadership knows the concept of early warning signs of the Corona crisis and methods of detection.

The authority’s leadership possesses the skills of analysis and Conclusion to support the decision-making process to manage the Corona crisis.

The role of administrative leadership skills in the Department of Physical Education at the Public Authority for Applied Education and Training in managing the Corona crisis in the State of Kuwait has become clear, as it draws flexible policies that reduce the likelihood of workers contracting Corona disease, and the authority’s leadership predicts monitoring indicators of the Corona crisis before its exacerbation and the authority’s leadership provides internal means of communication that work efficiently when cases of corona occur.
