These institutions have taken care of one of the most important types of libraries, which are learning resource centers, so they have issued their own standards, and have covered various aspects of work in libraries, including learning resource centers, the objectives of the library, location and building, management and organization, library collections, preservation and maintenance, library staff, library services, budget and funding as well as the use of technology, and these standards help in conducting a comprehensive evaluation of all that is done in learning resource centers and the goal is to achieve quality in the performance of the functions of resource centers Learning .
