Abstract EN

The objectives of the study in testing the impact relationships of the dimensions of knowledge capital (human capital, structural capital, social capital) focused on pedagogical innovation in Algerian universities the point of view of the faculty mumbers.

The study was based on e-questionnaire synopsis in data collection, and the research sample included 90 analytical responses from the Statistical Program of Social Sciences (SPSS 20), the study carried out several statistical tests of the variables, and the general model of multiple regression, which allowed us to find that both the dimension of human capital and social capital had a positive and substantial relationship to pedagogical innovation, but the study did not succeed in finding the positive impact relationship between independent structural capital and pedagogical innovation.
