تهدف هذه الورقة البحثية لتسليط الضوء على أهمية الدور الذي تلعبه السياحة في تنويع إيرادات الجماعات المحلية وقد قسمنا الدراسة إلى قسمين الأول تناولنا فيه الإطار المفاهيمي الخاص بكل من السياحة و إيرادات الجماعات المحلية أما القسم الثاني فخصصناه للدراسة الميدانية و التي أجريناها في ناحية Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur بفرنسا حيث تناولنا فيها مقومات السياحة في إقليم سنة 2017 ثم عرضنا عوائد النشاط السياحي المباشرة وغير المباشرة بالنسبة لــ Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur.
في الختام توصلنا إلى أن قطاع السياحة يمكنه أن يلعب دورا هاما في تنويع إيرادات الجماعات المحلية من خلال إنشاء مناصب العمل و خلق ديناميكية على المستوى المحلي في عدة مجالات كالفندقة و الإطعام و النقل و الترفيه إضافة إلى تحفيز الجباية المحلية نذكر كمثال رسم الإقامة
Abstract EN
La taxe de séjour.
This study aims to underline the important role that tourism plays in diversification of the receipts of local communities.
We presented the conceptual framework of tourism and the receipts of local communities.
And then for the practical study we chose the Provence-Alpes-d'Azur region in France, where we demonstrated its tourism potential in 2017.
In conclusion, we concluded that the tourism sector can play an important role in the diversification of the recipes of local communities by creating jobs; creating dynamism at the local level in several fields (such as hotels; restoration; transport and leisures); as well as stimulate the collection of local taxation for example the tourist tax.
