In this research, it was deliberately chosen to follow privatized enterprise buyers strategy to make the latter permeable to change, is to say, able to carry out its organizational changes (proactive or reactive).

To do this, we conducted a thorough case study of a privatized company sold to a German multinational accumulating long experience in international acquisitions.

The realized finding reveals the new leadership will to radically break its past with heavy socialist cultural heritage.
