Since the last decade of the last century, specialized historical studies in the history of modern and contemporary Algeria began to turn towards local studies with the aim of serving national history in order to appear more fully on the one hand, and to delve deeper into the national issues that were preoccupying the Algerians and their reactions from the French colonial policy that it used against them in Every region or city of the Algerian country on the other hand.

This is the intension pursued by this study by tracing the path of the Special Organization (O.

S) from its emergence in 1947 to its discovery by the colonial administration in 1950 in Biskra district.
