الأديب أحمد رضا حوحو(1910-1956) أحد أعمدة الحركة الثقافية الأدبية و الفنية في الجزائر التي اعتنقت قضايا الأمة و دافعت عنها فقد حمل أمانة الثورة وخط لأدب جزائري خاص أثرى من خلاله الحياة الثقافية بمقالاته و قصصه و مسرحياته الهادفة و بكتاباته الفكرية و السياسية التي تشجب السياسة الاستعمارية الفرنسية في الجزائر.
انصب اهتمام أحمد رضا حوحو في مساره النضالي الوطني و الإصلاحي على كيفية جعل مجتمعه صالحا قادرا على الاعتماد على أبنائه في حمل لواء المطالبة بالحرية و الاستقلال و لهذا اهتم في كتاباته المتنوعة بالمطالبة بتثقيف الشباب الجزائري عموما ودعا إلى وحدة الصف بين جميع فئات المجتمع وحركاته فلم يكن يحمل أي ضغينة لأحد و إنما كان مناضلا وطنيا دافع عن حق شعبه في العيش بحرية و سلام كما في شعوب العالم الأخرى.

was one of the pillars the literary and cultural movement in Algeria which defended the nation's cases.
He enriched cultural life with his articles, stories and plays which aim to spread national and social awareness among his people.
Throughout his writings he denounces the French presense in Algeria.
Ahmed Reda Houhou's main interest in his patriotic struggle path was focused on how to make his own society able to depend on his own citizens in carrying the banner of freedom.
For this, he focused in his writings on calling for unity among all sectors of society.
He was a patriotic fighter who defended the rights of his people to liberty.
