ظلت المؤسسة العمومية الصناعية الوطنية لفترة طويلة تعتبر متعاملا اقتصاديا رئيسيا في الاقتصاد الجزائري.
وقد تقررت إصلاحات اقتصادية عديدة منذ نهاية الثمانينات بغرض جعلها مركزا حقيقيا لإنتاج القيمة و زيادة الثروة.
غير أن النتائج المحققة جراء ذلك لا تبدو مشجعة خاصة فيما يتعلق بمساهمة المؤسسة المذكورة في النمو الاقتصادي للبلاد.
لذلك فإن الوضعية الحالية تستدعي تحميل مسيريها نتائج عملهم و تعريضها النهائي لحكم السوق.
Abstract EN
The National Industrial Public Enterprise has long been a main operator in the Algerian economy.
Successive reforms were decided, since the end of the eighties, in order to make it a real center of production of value and wealth.
The results obtained do not turn out to be encouraging, in particular in terms of its contribution to the country's economic growth.
The current situation therefore requires courageous decisions in order to make its managers responsible and to expose it definitively to the test of the market.

L'entreprise Publique Nationale Industrielle était depuis longtemps un opérateur principal de l'économie algérienne.
Des réformes successives furent décidées, depuis la fin des années quatre-vingts, en vue d'en faire un véritable centre de production de valeur et de richesses.
Les résultats obtenus ne s'avèrent, cependant, pas encourageants, en particuliers en matière de sa contribution dans la croissance économique du pays.
La situation actuelle nécessite donc des décisions courageuses en vue de responsabiliser ses gestionnaires et de l'exposer définitivement à l'épreuve du marché.
