In thier endeavor to form a serious scientific education for the child, and in order to achieve a positive and effective educational outcome, the education officials in the Middle East during the Ziyani era adopted punishment and censure as a supportive means of strengthening the child's desire to learn, and used them to discipline him if he neglected his duty to seek knowledge and stop his inaction and his poor academic performance.

On that basis, this research paper aims at studying and analyzing the censure methods and the types of punishment adopted by the education officials in the Middle East during the Ziyani era, based on the samples revealing the manifestations of that punishment and the censure methods that are found in the source material.
