كانت رحلة القديس "اوغسطينوس" في بحثه عن السعادة سببا في وجود الفلسفة "الاوغسطينية" ذات الطابع الإفريقي و الأثر المسيحي مما تزال مبثوثة في ثنايا الفكر الأوربي دينيا و فلسفيا أو حتى أدبيا.
فانتقل في بحثه عن الحقيقة من الحواس إلى العقل و منه إلى الوجدان

The journey of St.
Augustine in his quest for happiness was the cause of the philosophy of African character and the Christian influence, which is still reflected in the folds of European thought religiously, philosophically or even literary.
So he moved in his search for the truth from the senses to the mind and from it to the conscience.
