The intellectual results of nations on the importance of the document intersect in historical writing, as we find scholars visiting various local and foreign archives, with the aim of academic research that establishes deeply rooted areas of research and contributes to building a strong memory, to discovering the true from the legendary and, with the aim of bringing researchers together and familiarizing researchers with one of the most important assets.

The archive, which is still present in Algeria and dates back to colonial times, we have built this research document on the source of the clues resulting from an experience that has exceeded fifteen years with the archives of the Regional Directorate of Land survey of Constantine, where we preferred to reference researchers and make them discover one of its archival assets, the Senate consultation law.
