Abstract EN

In carrying out its administrative contracts, the public administration shall enjoy a range of privileges, powers and guarantees which we use for the good and continuous conduct of its public facilities.

Its privileges are used to impose different sanctions on a contractor who is negligent or negligent in carrying out the contract unilaterally and without resorting to justice.

The most prominent and most serious of these sanctions, namely, financial sanctions, may be imposed by the administration on delay fines, compensation or forfeiture of the amount of insurance, which is the latter One of the most important guarantees used by the administration is the good and optimal implementation of its administrative contracts, which are contained in various legislations, including those relating to the regulation of public transactions in Algeria.
