Abstract EN

Education is the only thing capable of achieving qualitative shift to reform society if the foundation for grounds for remaining and development, which is confined at the present time to deciphering the codes of development and to grasp the main pillar for it which is the distinguished human element in which the technical and scientific competence is grouping in it, and the ability to mobilize these backgrounds in the labor market which is witnessing intense international competition.

All these and others lead to the need to unify the training sub-system with the world of work and the economy, so that there is no gap between the training outputs and the labor market, which necessarily refers to the problem of school openness in general to its economic, social and cultural surrounding.

Therefore, the current article provides an outline of ways to open higher schools for teachers to the environment and the constraints that make this openness a necessity rather than an option.
