Education is the vital sector on which any country depends.

Algeria has tried to develop this sector by searching for new strategies to keep pace with the developments of the times and contribute to the productive process.

distance education is considered a new formative pattern of education, as it is a model and curriculum that helps promote and increase quality in the higher education and scientific research sector through information and communication technology.

that is why we find that distance education occupies an important place in the educational system and is one of the most important mechanisms that must be used in order to digitize the higher education sector.

from this standpoint, the national project for distance education was launched in Algerian universities under the tutelage of the ministry of higher education and scientific research, with the aim of expanding its scope.
