لا تنحصر قيمة إعادة التدوير في الحاجة إلى التنمية الاقتصادية، إنه سمة ثقافية ترتبط بالقيم الأخلاقية والدينية وحتى الفنية.
فمن الثقافة الجزائرية، وكذا العربية والإسلامية، ببعدها الاجتماعي والديني، أريد أن أستنتج قيمة الحرص على عملية الرسكلة وعلاقاتها بالأخلاق والدين ونتائجها على البيئة.

The value of recycling is not limited to economic needs, it is a cultural characteristic associated with ethical, religious and even artistic values.
it is from Algerian culture with its social and religious dimension and through Algerian and Arab literature that I want to deduce the phenomenological relations between ethics and environment.
