Illegal immigration is a societal and social phenomenon whose boats are increasing day by day, in which many young people (individuals or groups) engage in search of a lost dream and a hoped-for future, leaving their original home in order to achieve social and economic stability in the dream countries, as they look forward to a better tomorrow than they were.

accordingly, in their countries that suffer from youth unemployment and lack of job opportunities, and given the seriousness of this phenomenon, the international community has put in place regulations and laws in order to address it, especially because it is linked to criminal networks and human trafficking.
