Abstract EN

The current study aimed to analyze the impact of artificial intelligence on the quality of the administrative decision from the point of view of high school leaders in the department of Jouf Educational Department in Saudi Arabia, the researcher used the descriptive analytical curriculum, and the sample of the study consisted of (60) male and female principals of secondary schools in Jouf province for the academic year 2019-2020, the study found a high statistically significant effect of the dimensions of artificial intelligence (management ability, behavior's user, training and development, availability of experts) on the quality of administrative decision, and the ence of statistically significant differences in the researchers' appreciation of artificial intelligence due to the variable gender and experience.

The study recommended the need for educational management offices to pay attention to the concept of artificial intelligence and the processes of behavior's user, training and development, and to take policies and actions that increase the level of awareness of employees of the importance of artificial intelligence through holding training courses for its employees, and recommended the need to update and develop the artificial intelligence programs used to enable different departments to make appropriate decisions at the right time.
