Abstract EN

Our study aims to know the role that technological and financial innovation plays in the development of Algerian banking services.

The importance of this study appears in the role that creativity plays as it brings new ideas and creative solutions.

The banking sector is one of the most important sectors that benefit from innovative services and products.

In order to verify the validity of the proposed hypotheses, we relied on a random sample of 91 clients from banks.

The results showed that technological innovation does not contribute to the development of the banking service.

However, there is a positive impact between financial innovation and the development of banking service that appears in the importance of the electronic services provided which contribute to reducing the cost of the service and improving its quality.
