Abstract EN

In this research we ll examine an important element in society famely women where women are very important for the reform of society this side of the search terms of financial rights of women in Islamic law.

this study aims at searching for a subject that is not less important than the other social issues.

thus, we figured it is well worth traking the topic of womens deprivation of inheritance in Maghreb that was considered as a taboo, though denied particularly by religion as well as social values.

our proposal for this topic will be abstracted from the Anawazil books which communicate to a great extent the social status of women within Maghreb Islamic society, and reveal many different social issues that interest the researchers, they have an essential role in figuring out the social image of women; its mysterious image and the lack of scientific studies.

this study has shown the portion of the mother or daughter or sister or wife and that and that sometime she is equal to men in inheritance and its conditions, reasens as they share equally with them in certain circumstances.

she gets more then its share in many cases it is because the wisdom and many secrets he when for instance is more in need than her.
