In view of the role played by small and medium-sized enterprises in the economies of countries, we have considered family enterprises and the role of the board in their growth through the separation of ownership and management, the board of directors is the supreme authority of the family institution, the legal representative of the interests of the owners, the responsibility for caring for the interests of all stakeholders and the benefit of their participation in defining the vision and mission of the institution's mission.

This study aims to highlight the role of the board of the continuity of the family institutions as a major decision-making board of the study.
