Inside information is this important information which plays a fundamental role in the low or high price of the stock on the stock market, and for this, the Algerian legislator has granted it legal protection, because it considered the disclosure of this information to be a crime.

In order to facilitate the treatment of this issue, we had to find out what is the inside information, which is necessary for the occurrence of the crime in the event of disclosure, and it is also necessary to identify the status of the perpetrator, because we are insiders inside and outside the company who have their own means of uncovering sensitive and influential confidential pricing information.
The Algerian legislator distinguished the author of this case with penal sanctions provided for in article 60 of said sanctions and disciplinary sanctions pronounced by the disciplinary chamber of the Commission for the regulation and control of stock market operations.

L'information privilégiée est cette information importante qui joue un rôle fondamental dans le cours bas ou élevé du titre en bourse, et pour cela, le législateur algérien lui a alloué une protection juridique, car il considérait la divulgation de ces informations comme étant un crime boursier, et l'a stipuléÀ l'article 60, paragraphe 1 de la loi 03-04 relative à la bourse des valeurs.
Afin de faciliter le traitement de cette question, nous avons dû découvrir quelles sont les informations privilégiées, qui sont nécessaires à la survenance du crime en cas de divulgation, et il est également nécessaire d'identifier le statut de l'auteur, car nous sommes des initiés de l'intérieur et de l'extérieur de l'entreprise qui ont leurs propres moyens de découvrir des informations confidentielles sensibles et influentes sur les prix.
Le législateur algérien a distingué l'auteur de cette affaire avec des sanctions pénales prévues à l'article 60 desdites sanctions et des sanctions disciplinaires prononcées par la chambre disciplinaire de la Commission de régulation et de contrôle des opérations boursières.
