هدفت هذه الدراسة للكشف عن دور القيادة التحويلية بأبعادها (التأثير النموذجي الاعتبارات الفردية و الاستثارة الفكرية و الحفز الإلهامي) في تعزيز الالتزام التنظيمي في الوكالة الوطنية لتشغيل و لتأكد من صحة فرضيات تم الاعتماد على الاستبانة كوسيلة لجمع البيانات و وصل عدد الاجوبة إلى (226) استبانة و لتحليلها تم استخدام و برنامج plspm R 3.

1 و كشفت النتائج على عدم وجود أثر معنوي للقيادة التحويلية على الالتزام التنظيمي وأن القيادة التحويلية بأبعادها الأربعة لا تؤثر على الالتزام التنظيمي أوصت الدراسة برفع مستوى الالتزام بتخفيف ضغوط العمل و تشجيع الكفاءات و المبادرات الشخصية.

Abstract EN

This study aimed to uncover the role of transformational leadership through its dimensions (exemplary influence, individual considerations, intellectual stimulation, and inspirational stimulation) in strengthening the organizational commitment in the National Employment Agency.

The questionnaire is used as a means of collecting data, and the number of answers is 226 and the software adopted is the plspm R 3.

The results revealed that transformational leadership has no significant impact on the organizational commitment, and that transformational leadership in its four dimensions does not affect organizational commitment as well.

The study recommended raising the level of commitment in order to reduce the work pressures and encourage competencies and initiatives
