The issue of dual nationality for the Algerian political elite, whether in or outside the authority, is contrary to what the Algerian constitutions came in with its different differences and its heavy reliance on adapting the laws came to serve it on the political level, although most constitutions indicate that it is not permissible for dual nationals to hold high positions in the state but that The reality reflects this, which raises wide legal discussions about the goal of granting foreign nationalities to the supreme tires and keeping them in power, especially French nationality, which bears historical sensitivity to the Algerian people.
