Abstract EN

The aim of this study is to present the risks of the informal organization and its negative reactions during the process of organizational change, and the role of the leader in order to avoid the risk of this organization and to lead the change towards prosperity.

The study found that the informal organization obliges the leaders of change to manage these oppositions well and know the best strategy to deal with them and avoid their danger to achieve change.
