The study aims to determine the extent to which the Strategic Analysis of the Internal Environment contributes to activating the Strategic Vigilance cell with its four dimensions represented in: (Technological Vigilance, Competitive Vigilance, Commercial Vigilance and Environmental Vigilance), the study sample consisted of 73 employees of Arcodim Corporation (Media) and this is based on the Convenience sample, The statistical package program in the social sciences (Ibm Spss V.

The study found that there was a statistically significant effect at the significance level (0.

05) of the strategic analysis of the Internal Environment on the Strategic Vigilance of Arcodim Corporation and its various dimensions.

The study recommends the necessity of creating a Strategic Vigilance cell separate from the organizational structure of the Arcodim Corporation - Media - in Borj Bou Arreridj, with the necessity to provide the material, financial and human means to activate this cell.
