This paper meant to reveal the level of maturity of Algerian small and medium-enterprises to manage their projects, and this is due to its importance in financing projects eligible for economic growth.
In order to highlight this importance, the Loan Guarantee Fund (FGAR) was chosen as an important mechanism in support of the SME sector.
The study concluded that there are indicators of the maturity of small and medium-sized enterprises from establishing and expanding projects in the context of developing our country's economy.
