The current study goal is to know of the effectiveness of a proposed training program based on the Kaizen strategy in managing class environment for science teachers in Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.

In addition, the re-searcher used the semi-experimental approach; the study was consisted of all female trainees in the summer program at Umm Al-Qura University for the year 1439/1440 AH, and their number (85) female teacher.

The re-searcher intention was limited to (26) female science teachers with different scientific specializations and with a number of years of experience varying between 5 years to 20 years.

In addition, the subject that represented the independent variable of the study was a training bag based on the Kaizen strategy prepared by the researcher.

The tool used in the study has a remarkable observation of the teachers, and the results of the study showed an increase in the measurement of skills related to (teaching, classroom management, classroom, laboratory, and social communication), which indicates the effectiveness of the proposed training program in managing the classroom environment at Female teachers.

The study identified a set of recommendations, including educating female teachers in general and science teachers in particular about the concept of Kaizen strategy; and how to implement it.

The necessity of continuous support to educational institutions and all of their employees to implement the Kaizen strategy.

The above study also suggested making future studies on the effectiveness of the Kaizen strategy in developing school administration in general education, reducing costs and solving school problems.
