Subject of The Research : Collection of The Excess Judgments on The Book of (Ahkam Al-Nesaa For Ali Bin Ibrahim Bin Attar , Dead on 724 And He Is one of The Shaafa'i Jurists) Which Is The Widest Book Reached Us In The Collection of Jurisprudence Provisions Related To Women, Completing The Wors of Ibn Alattar-Allah's Mercy on Him - In Collecting Women's Judgments In one Place , To Facilitate To The Women Who Fall Short of Most of Them To Follow The Jurisprudence Scattered In The Various Chapters Of Jurisprudence Through Extrapolation of Three Famous Books In Shafi'i And Comparative Jurisprudence, And They Are : Book of Heliat Alaulamaa For Alghafal , Book of Almuhazab For Sherazi , And The Book of Almajmou For Nawawi-Allah's Mercy on Him - As A Result of This Induction The Research Collected Seventeen Issues.

Most of This from the Book of Almuhazab, They Were Presented In Six Sections, Indicating The Evidence on It, The Other Doctrines In The Increased Branch In The Original Under Which That Branch, In The Case of The Mentioned Branch Is Not Upright According To other Doctrines.

The Most Important Results of This Research Is : That Ibn Alattar- He Absorbed Most of The Provisions of Women Relating To Prayer Mentioned In The Doctrine And He Left A Few Provisions Mentioned Mostly by Sherazi in (Almuhazab) And The Icreases of Nawawi on The Book of Almuhazaf Very Little, The Closest Doctrines of Thedoctrine of Shaafa'ism In Matters of Research Is The Hanbali's Doctrine , The Number of Issues That Were Unanimous About Is Seventeen While The Number of Branches That Are Unique To The Shaafa'i Doctrines Twelve Branches.

It Was Recommended To Examine The Updated Tracking Increases in All Sections of Jurisprudence And The Establishment of a Corresponding Debate on The Three Schools of Jurisprudence.
