Electronic administration is an advanced style in providing service to citizens, where this trend has brought about a fundamental shift in the concept of public service.

It largely ended the administrative complications and problems, and established a different form in the citizen's relationship with the state and its various administrative interests, by establishing a space of effectiveness and accuracy in performance, and facilitating the relationship between the citizen and management, within the framework of speed, interaction and the capabilities of continuous improvement.

In addition to being a global trend encourages the adoption of electronic services systems, Algeria hop to use electronic management to improve the performance of bureaucracies and administrative interests .The e-municipality project is expected to be an effective framework in achieving the electronic public service, by adopting it on the resources, composition and readiness to applied successful global experiences

L'administration électronique comme approche pour activer la rationalisation administrative : modèle de la municipalité électronique L'administration électronique est un style avancé dans la prestation de services aux citoyens, où cette tendance a entraîné un changement fondamental dans le concept de service public.

Elle a largement mis un terme aux complications et problèmes administratifs, et instauré une forme différente dans la relation du citoyen avec l'État et ses divers intérêts administratifs, en créant un espace d'efficacité et de précision dans la performance, et en facilitant la relation entre le citoyen et l'administration, au sein du cadre de vitesse, d'interaction et les capacités d'amélioration continue.

En plus d'être une tendance mondiale encourage l'adoption de systèmes de services électroniques, l'Algérie espère utiliser la gestion électronique pour améliorer la performance des bureaucraties et des intérêts administratifs.

Le projet d'e-municipalité devrait être un cadre efficace pour réaliser le service public électronique, en l'adoptant sur les ressources, la formation et les expériences mondiales réussies appliquées
