Freedom is a human right by nature, and the Islamic religion has guaranteed freedom of individuals and surrounded it with a fence to preserve and protect society's security and made it have several controls and limits.

The most important aspect of freedom is freedom of belief.

God Almighty bestowed upon us the light of Islam and guided us to faith.

However, a person is sometimes influenced by the ideas of non-Muslims, so he is suspicious of his belief and religion, and he turns away from the religion of truth and adopts false religion.

Consequently, there is a conflict between the human right to freedom of belief and his conversion and changing his religion or his departure from Islam, as it is a crime punishable in Islam.

The aim of the study is to demonstrate the extent to which Islamic law guarantees and maintains freedom of belief and its acceptance of religious diversity.

It is known that every human being is born on a natural basis, but sometimes he is questioned about his religion.
