The airplane is characterized by its size and a control cabin.

But recently we have seen the emergence of planes which can be steered from a distance, due to their small size.

This plane is called the drone.

At the present time, the drone is increasingly used in various fields, which has increased accident rates.

It is within this framework that our research will examine if the concept of airplane also applies to the unmanned airplane? And what is the civil liability arising from the civilian use of drones?
