Alliances are the most prominent aspects of cooperation between countries at the regional and international levels.

The Middle East as a point of convergence of international and regional interests was and is still the scene of the of emergence and fall of alliances with strategic effects, especially after the events of the "Arab Spring".

Through this study, we will deal with the Russian-Iranian alliance, in order to reveal its motives, its fields, as well as its ability to sustain and its impacts on the region.

And we will rely and we will rely on approaches of national interest and power within the framework of the principles of new realist school.

We reached a main conclusion that the Russian-Iranian alliance is one of the adaptive alliances that succeeded in overcoming the pressures emanating from the regional and international environment.
