الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو إظهار واقع اللجان الإدارية المتساوية الأعضاء داخل المؤسسة الاستشفائية العمومية شي قيفارى بمستغانم و التي تعتبر هيئات تمثيلية للموظفين العموميين و تهتم بالموضوعات المتعلقة بتسيير النظام الفردي المتعلق بمسارهم المهني كما أنها تقدم كذلك أحيانا مقترحات جماعية.
أما فيما يخص قرارات اللجان الإدارية المتساوية الأعضاء فتعتبر استشارية فقط لصالح السلطة صاحبة العمل.
و قد سمحت نتائج هذا العمل البحثي بتقديم فهم أفضل لهذه اللجان و تأثيرها الإيجابي على الموارد البشرية في المستشفى.
Abstract EN
The aim of this study is to show the reality of the joint administrative commissions (JAC) within the PHE Che-Guevara of Mostaganem, which are the representative bodies of public service personnel and they deal with subjects relating to individual orders related to the career of officials, but they also sometimes submit motions of a collective nature.
The decisions of the JAC are only advisory to the employer authority.
the results provided a better understanding of these commissions and their positive influence on the human resources of the hospital.
