عرفت نظرية التصورات الاجتماعية منذ طبعة كتاب موسكوفيتشي 1961 إقبالا و تطورا شمل مختلف تخصصات العلوم الاجتماعية حيث أصبحت المرجعية ليس فقط لعلم النفس الاجتماعي و لكن أيضا لعلوم أخرى كالتاريخ و الأنثروبولوجية و علم الاجتماع و الاقتصاد و التربية.
سنحاول من خلال هذا المقال إبراز أهمية هذا المصطلح و البحوث الأساسية التي ظهرت خاصة منها ما سمح بتنظير قائم بذاته يسمى " نظرية التصورات الاجتماعية

Since the 1961 edition of Moscovici's book, the theory of social representations has gained popularity and development in various social science disciplines.
It has become a benchmark not only for social psychology, but also for other sciences such as history, anthropology, sociology, economics and education.
Through this article, we will try to highlight the importance of this concept and the fundamental research.
