Abstract EN

This article tries to present a vision of ambiguity on the status of the disabled Moroccan deformed and damaged in the war between 1914 -1956, and highlight the role of the care system of the French administration for this category, and keep track of economic and social services for the protection of the French such as provide for their treatment in hospitals and give them financial compensation for their services, and support war-wounded associations and veterans, and the creation of the war wounds fund, and other utilitarian services.

however, these actions raised a fundamental problem with regard to their effectiveness and this group benefits from it like the French war distorted.
