The importance and effectiveness of using icts in achieving the competitive advantage of the economic institution

This study aims and shows the importance of technologies of information and communication in activating the management of business and building a competitive advantage among economic institutions.

The society of all kinds has become an information society more than ever, and this imposed on economic institutions speed in the collection of information and data and speed in decision-making, as well as speed in the process of supply and financing and speed in the production, storage, For this reason, we conducted this study to know the extent of the contribution of information and communication technologies in enhancing the competitiveness of the economic institution.

To achieve this, we dropped the theoretical study on the economic institution “WOUROUD” in the Eloued city relying on the questionnaire as an essential tool for the study we have processed the form outputs through the SPSS v25 program.

From the results obtained, there is a statistically significant impact relationship between information and communication technologies and the competitiveness of the economic institution under study, as there are no statistically significant differences about the reality of information and communication technologies in the relevant institution that are attributed to official (seniority) variables.
