This study aims to explore the role of social media platforms and its effect regarding shaping teenager’s point of views about refugee cases The researcher used non probability random Sample over 300 from males and females They had to fill a survey after analyzing the results of survey, the results showed that social media plays a vital role in shaping teenagers point of view regarding this matter.

The most viewed social media platform for news checking was Facebook then YouTube and Instagram, last but not least Snapchat.

The results also showed that the teenagers are interested in checking on refugees cases and stories on social media.

The study also showed that 46% from the teenagers using different social media platforms are interested in checking the refugees cases.

The most interesting cases and stories was checked by teenagers regarding refugees cases were, "The crisis of refugees children" on top then "The racism refugees faces from locals in their host countries".

The study also showed that the exposure of those cases and stories on teenage made them have more sympathy and more supportive for refugees.

It also made them more welcoming refugees in their countries.
