The role of the image on the missing persons pages on Facebook in raising public awareness of the issue of child abduction.

The study used a content analysis tool on a sample of the pages of the missing persons on Facebook, who are missing children, the execution of child kidnappers, and a questionnaire form was applied to an intentional sample of the public, consisting of 400 individuals.

The results of the study showed the extent of the sample's keenness to continuously follow up the photos of the missing on the communication pages.

Regarding the appearance of the pictures displayed on the missing person pages on Facebook, the individual pictures came in the first place, followed by a series of pictures, and then the scene came in last.
