Hence, this study aimed to processing knowledge management from an information perspective, description and analysis, as well as knowing the relationship between knowledge management and intellectual capital, as investment in intellectual capital is one of the most important current issues that concern societies with different systems and levels of development, as it has been proven that the human element It is the main influence in all components of development.
