يستهدف البحث التعرف على الشخصية النرجسية لدى مديري المدارس الثانوية من وجهة نظر معاونيهم و معرفة الفروق في هذه الشخصية تبعا للجنس (الذكور، الإناث) و للتثبت من هذين الهدفين قام الباحث ببناء مقياس الشخصية النرجسية المكونة من (40) فقرة و تم التحقق من الخصائص السايكومترية له (صدق و ثبات) و تم استعمال الوسائل الإحصائية المناسبة و أظهرت النتائج أن مديري المدارس الثانوية لديهم شخصية نرجسية من وجهة نظر معاونيهم و لا توجد فروق تبعا للجنس.

Abstract EN

The research aims to identify the narcissistic personality of High school principals from the point of view of their assistants, and to know the differences in this personality according to gender (males, females).

To achieve these two goals, the researcher built a narcissistic personality scale consisting of (40) items, and verified its psychometric characteristics (veracity, reliability) and appropriate statistical methods were used.

The results showed that secondary school principals have a narcissistic personality from the point of view of their assistants, and there are no differences according to gender.
