The experts were interested in securing an appropriate educational environment and a general climate that stimulates the students' learning motivation, consolidates the acquired knowledge, and opens up new horizons for them that necessitate the expansion of the use of electronic technologies in the educational process to improve the two learning processes, as the use of modern educational technologies and media in the teaching and learning processes is no longer a luxury.

The necessity imposed by the tremendous technological developments added by the information age and e-learning, and among these developments is the use of electronic programs in whole or in part in the educational process.
