The Arab countries have witnessed, since before the emergence of Islam, the spread of many epidemics and diseases in their parts, and due to the abundance of these epidemics, they have guided, by virtue of their mixing with the people of other cities, whether in the Levant or Iraq, which are considered more civilized than the people of the Arabian Peninsula, to the issue of caution and isolation for the sake of Preventing the spread of the epidemic by quarantining the person infected with one of those epidemics and infectious diseases, or avoiding approaching patients for fear of transmitting the disease through direct infection or through touch.
