There are many types of powers; one of them is soft power.

It can be defined as: the force of attracting others or states by persuasion for response.

Joseph Nye believes that soft power is the ability to get what you want by attraction and persuasion rather than coercion, and ordering.The research problem consists in shedding some light on the concept of soft power and its characteristics, sources and tools and on how to maximize the soft power of the United Arab Emirates State.The research aims to explain the concept of power in general and soft power in particular in terms of definition, species, characteristics, sources and tools.

At the end of the study, the researcher talked about the features, sources and tools of the soft power of the United Arab Emirates and how to maximize them.The research is based on theoretical analytical study, where references were used, including dictionaries, books and research published in magazines or conferences, in addition to benefiting from some of the Internet sources in presenting and explaining the research subject.The UAE has made an effort to maximize its soft power by strengthening all its soft power sources and tools.

It still needs to be further strengthened and diversified into its soft power sources and tools.
