The study of Social and Cultural affaits is considered of great importance .

This type of study had a great role in studying the reality of human, his development and his role in building society .

This studies have their great role in the openness time, it represents a cornerstone through reality study.

Some negative social phenomena appeared like scrounges, black market dealers, bank system corruption, bribes, women and immigration .

All of these factors have bad influence in addition to the state policy on society especially starving people .

All of these emerged because of poverty and utilities regression which led to the emergence of this societal nation in Egypt at that time.
