هدفت الدراسة الحالية الي التعرف علي اراء و مستوي ممارسات ومدي مسايرة اعضاء هيئة التدريس بالجامعة لمتطلبات التدريس في ظل جائحة كورونا.
و لتحقيق هذا الهدف تم اعداد مقابلة شخصية و تصميم قائمة تدقيق (checklist) مقسمة الي ثمانية ابعاد و استبانة.
و بعد التأكد من ثبات و صدق الادوات تم تطبيقهم علي 15 عضو هيئة تدريس في العام الجامعي 2020/2021 وقد اوضحت النتائج ان مستوي اراء و ممارسات اعضاء هيئة التدريس للابعاد المتصلة بالتدريس عبر الانترنت ومدي مسايرتهم لمتطلبات التدريس في ظل الجائحة كانت ايجابية و مقنعة الي حد كبير.
وفي ظل هذه النتائح توصي الباحثة بتعزيز دور المعلم في تنشيط و تشجيع تعليم اللغة الانجليزية عبر الانترنت كحل للتحديات التي فرضتها الجائحة.

Abstract EN
This study aimed at recognizing the university staff members' viewpoints, practice level, and the extent of their involvement in teaching English online over the COVID-19 pandemic.
For achieving these aims, an interview, a checklist, and a questionnaire were prepared by the researcher.
The interview had some questions to know their opinions on teaching online.
The checklist was categorized into eight dimensions related to practices of teaching online.
The questionnaire includes 30 items all of which are related to its aim.
After assuring their reliability and validity, the instruments were applied to 15 staff members in 2020/2021.
The study findings showed positive and satisfactory reactions to the instruments.
In the light of these findings, the researcher recommended reinforcing the teachers' role in activating and encouraging online teaching of English as a solution to the challenges imposed by the COVID-19 pandemic.
