The research aims to examine the relationship between perceived leader's dark triad traits and journalists' job performance (Task performance, contextual performance, and creative performance).
Data were collected from 391 journalists at Egyptian national newspapers.
The research employed a quantitative research method and regression analysis technique to test the research hypotheses through Warp PLS version 6.
The research findings highlighted that perceived leader's dark triad traits had a significant effect on journalists' job performance (task performance, contextual performance, and creative performance).
