The aim of the current research is to know “the e-learning competencies available to Arabic language teachers for the fifth grade of elementary school and their relationship towards their students towards the subject,” by verifying the following null hypothesis: (between the 0.05-There is no statistically significant difference at the level of significance) correlational relationship of e-learning competencies for Arabic language teachers and the attitude of their students towards the subject.

The researcher followed the descriptive research approach to achieve the goal of her research and to verify the validity of his hypothesis.

She identified the research community from the primary day schools of the Qadisiyah Governorate Center, the General Directorate of Qadisiyah Education, and included teachers (teachers - teachers) of the Arabic language who study the fifth (schools have chosen a 169grade pupils and their students, as the number of schools reached) of the % 20 sample from the research community in the random stratification method by (schools and to represent more of the research 35community, so the sample reached) (male and female.

To achieve 1120 community-a teacher) and the number of students reached) the goal of the research, the researcher prepared two measurement tools, namely : a.

The e-learning competency scale for Arabic language teachers consists of four axes (computer culture, computer leadership, network and Internet leadership, software design and educational multimedia).

It was confirmed that the scale was valid by presenting it to a group of experts (apparent honesty) as well as extracting the validity of construction, as confirmed From its (0,82stability in the way (Fakronbach).

Scale of the trend towards the Arabic language : The researcher prepared a scale to measure (paragraphs that 34the students' attitude towards the Arabic language subject, consisting of ) include (positive, negative and revealing paragraphs), and she verified his sincerity by presenting it to a group of experts and extracting the validity of the construction, and found its stability ).

The measures were applied to 0,88coefficient through the Cronbach alpha equation It reached ( the sample of the research community, and the data were statistically processed using the weighted mean law, the Pearson correlation coefficient and the T-test to reveal the significance of the differences in the correlational relationship between the competencies of e-learning Arabic language teachers and the trend towards the Arabic language subject for fifth primary students.

The results of the statistical analysis showed the following : .

The degree to which Arabic teachers possessed competencies for e-learning was weak1 .

There is no statistically significant correlational relationship between the e-learning 2 competencies of Arabic language teachers and their students ’attitude towards the Arabic language subject.

In light of the researcher's findings in the experiment, she presented a set of recommendations .and proposals
