Abstract EN

The present study aimed to identify the role of the administrative ruler in organizing public meetings to ensure that individuals exercise their rights and freedoms in assembly, so that the freedom of individuals is not overly restricted under the pretext of maintaining public order.

Likewise, freedom cannot be olute, so that there is no chaos.

Rather, there must be organizational restrictions for public meetings.

The relationship between the freedom of individuals in their practice of public meetings and the role of the administrative governor in organizing them is complementary.

The study used the analytical method.
